Dark Fae Unrivaled (Broken Court 3) by Heather Renee
Holy sweet baby Fae! That. That was just beautiful and perfect. That is exactly how you wrap up a world. My heart may have been broken at times, but you certainly knew how to piece it back together. There was just something so beautiful and incredible with how you tied up Lucinda’s story.
Reclaimed (Shadow Beast Shifters 2) by Jaymin Eve
Holy damn fireflies! I tried to leave this ramble for a day, to see if my brain could finally come up with something more impressive to express myself…but dang…I don’t know how I’m going to review without letting a spoiler fly…but hopefully, the fireflies will catch them before that happens lol. Wow. Just wow! I loved this book so much…but Miss Jaymin we need to have words….coz that ending…I was not prepared for that! Nothing ever could prepare me for what you just made happen! Nope. That’s just mean…I’m definitely not okay with that ending. At. All. This was me trying to ward that ending off.

What was your first read to kick off your year? For me, I finished a reread of Fated (a fav from the Relentless series). My second read was Elemental Outcast. It’s releasing on the 11th of January and I think many of you will love this book!

Wolf Girl (Wolf Girl 1) by Leia Stone
Man! I don’t even know where to start with this book! But I can tell you, it is an absolutely phenomenal read. This book tore at my heart and I could barely process all that Leia puts us and her characters through. Like my brain truly stopped processing right at the end. I couldn’t even rant. It just ended up being a few short messages that I sent to a friend. I think it went something like. “Oh damn.” “My heart.” “It legit hurts.” That ending. Just…I’m not okay with that. I don’t wanna wait until February for my answers. That seems really far away. Like soooo far away!

Today’s been a bit of a bust for me…no real reason, but higher pain day and all that fun stuff…so tell me a funny story, that happened to you this week.
In the meantime I’ll leave you with this…yes Jeannie this made me think of you, when you asked me to just pick a favourite 😂 yeah it’s not gonna happen. I can’t even give a top ten. I tried so hard to…but I couldn’t drop any of my books to make it happen. Whoever can achieve this is soooooooooo weird 🤣 I mean that in the nicest way possible 😂😂

Hi guys. 🙂 You may have noticed that I recently popped up a “donation” button on my site…and I just wanted to explain a bit about that. So I’m sure a lot of you are aware by now, that I do suffer with multiple chronic illnesses (Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Costochondritis, Osteoarthritis, Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) and the list continues)…I’ve also recently been diagnosed with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease, yeah that sucks, believe me, it’s awesome being a human guinea pig…it’s seriously one of the worst feelings, being told you have an autoimmune disease but they can’t pinpoint exactly what it is…because all my symptoms are so vast…but hey, maybe it’s not even an illness they’ve come across before…I’m going true Tassi fashion… and they can just name the disease after me lol 🙄…Because of this, I’ve recently found a strong appreciation for the ARRC – Autoimmune Research and Resource Centre. It’s all about helping individuals live a life and not the illness. It’s a non-profit organisation, that purely runs off what the community donates…which is seriously so touching. You don’t always truly appreciate foundations like this, until you are in that very boat. But even so, it’s hard finding your place in a community like this, without actually having a titled diagnosis.

Holy flying shifter babies! I thought I was prepared for this book, or well as prepared as I could ever be, but nope I was very wrong!
So a book I’m super excited about, This Dark Wolf by Everly Frostis releasing on the 11th December…and I thought it might be fun to stir some things up…and help bump up the excitement of this release.

Gosh, I don’t even know if I can express how much I loved this book! This book was everything and I think it’s been one of the most anticipated books of the year! The torture of waiting for the second book was seriously intense and when Jena messaged me with a surprise of the ARC early, I was legit out of my mind with excitement. There may or may not have been a lot of emoji’s sent to Jena to express my excitement. 😆
