I reviewed this book awhile back now after I first finished reading it and it still hasn’t lost it’s appeal. I very much enjoyed getting lost in this unique and capturing story. I decided it was time for me to get my butt into gear and to finally read War Storm which I bought quite awhile back now. You know how you buy a book but you’re already reading one and then you get swept up in the excitement of another book and the cycle keep repeating? Yeah that’s basically what happened to me. But I was just like nope

1. I won a collectors edition signed by the author herself for one of my new favourite ARC books I recently just read! Blakemore Reform Academy book 1. I got sooo shocked when I read the notification I was like WHAT? Are you serious?! Lol I thought it was a joke because I’d be talking to the author and I’d asked if it was international or not and she was like I’m going to say yes but I hope no one internationally wins for my sake with multiple laughing emojis 😂. My response was on the lines of – haha understandable…but for my sake……hehe jokes jokes…fingers crossed it doesn’t. Lol. And then today I woke up to this response.
“well, your hopes are crushed. YOU WON!! Now we can talk about the damage with international shipping… 😉 LOL!”

So you can understand my shock right? I thought at first she was teasing me and I messaged lol and she was like you totally won!!!!! That’s when the excitement hit and I was like EEEEEEKKKKKK!!!
The second thing that happened today was…. 🥁 ARC of Assassin’s Academy just landed on my iPad!!! I can’t wait to start reading this baby!!

Okay so I had this review written up on Goodreads and I just can’t cope with the normalcy of it…so I need to Sprouse (did you see what I just did there lol 😉 ) it up a bit and add some crazy to the mix. I couldn’t believe there wasn’t one gif! Not one! That’s just crazy and weird.
Soo I’m not actually reading any new books at the moment currently doing a re-red of the Lux series in prep of the new book Burning Shadow that comes out 8th October. So can it really be counted as a teaser if the books been out so long? lol
Whatever though let’s do it. Everyone loves Daemon. I know I do. 🙂 ❤
